The CRUI-GEO-IA@UniCal “Intelligenza artificiale all’università” italian congress has investigated how AI can improve teaching and teacher training without losing the human dimension of knowledge.
The University of L’Aquila, represented by the FrAmeLab director Prof. Henry Muccini, has presented the activities of the AI4Edu lab. The lab aims at responding to three main questions: what is the level of digital competence and familiarity with generative AI among teachers in the Abruzzo region? How to define a training model that integrates digital, pedagogical, and ethical skills? How to validate the identified training model?
We then presented an Evidence-based Framework for AI Education in the University of the future.
